What is a Glazera piece made of?

Tinted resin, built up in layers over glitter and gold leaf, mother-of-pearl or iridescent opal, and sealed under one clear flood that cures glass-hard. The wood slices are real tree rounds, bark edge on, painted by hand and poured over the same way. the materials page lists it all.

What sizes are there?

Panels come 30 × 30 or 50 × 50 cm. The ornament is one size, 10 cm, on its own chain. Wood slices come 30 or 50 cm across and stand on their own easel.

How much does one cost?

A pearlescent panel from $129, a glitter panel or a wood slice from $149, and the ornament $59.99. Whichever size you pick, its price shows live on the create page ahead of approval, and your card is untouched until checkout.

How long until it arrives?

Panels and wood slices reach you in 32–36 days, ornaments in 18–25, door to door: about five weeks and about three. The design itself is drawn in about a minute. For Christmas, order panels and slices by 15 November and ornaments by 28 November.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Every piece is boxed in crinkle paper and tracked end to end, and the checkout page adds shipping plus any duties for the country. Enter the recipient's address and the parcel goes to their door, not yours.

Can I return it?

No. Each piece is poured for one person and one wall, so returns are not possible. That is the reason the design is seen and approved ahead of paying, and the reason nothing is poured until the payment clears. Ask us anything before you order; the reply comes from a person, usually the same day.

What photo should I upload?

A single pet or person, looking more or less at the lens, eyes in view, in daylight. A phone picture is fine and sharpness is optional. JPEG, PNG or HEIC. If you have no photograph, describe what you want drawn instead. The photo guide has the rest.

Where is it made?

In our own studio, by hand: we mix, layer, pour and polish every piece ourselves, and a machine has never touched the resin. The design is drawn by Tedooo technology, and every sale of ours goes through Tedooo's checkout.
