One small studio. How a portrait is layered, poured and sealed, and what to know before you order one.
The material
Poured by hand,
not printed
Resin goes on as a liquid and cures glass-hard. We tint it with pigment, pearl and glitter and build the portrait up in fine layers, so the colour sits inside the piece rather than on top of it. Then one clear flood seals the lot, and that is where the gloss comes from.
The wood slices are real tree rounds, sanded to the grain with the bark left on, painted by hand and poured over the same way.

We pour in our own studio and sell through Tedooo, the marketplace that takes the payment, tracks the delivery and generates the preview you approve before any resin is mixed. Nothing is charged until you say yes to a design.

Shipping
Poured and packed in our studio, boxed in crinkle paper and tracked end to end. Ornaments reach most addresses in two and a half to four weeks; panels and wood slices in about five. The estimate for yours is shown before you pay.
Before you buy
Made for one person, so it is not returnable. Ask us anything before you buy and we will answer properly, usually the same day. The approved design is what we pour.
Hanging & care
Panels hang on a single screw, ornaments on their chain, and wood slices stand on their easel. Dust with a soft dry cloth; no glass cleaner or solvents. Keep it out of hours of strong direct sun, which yellows any resin in time.

Who makes the pieces?
We do, by hand, in a small resin studio. We mix the pigments, lay the glitter, pearl and gold leaf, build the portrait up in layers, pour the clear flood and polish it. A machine has never touched the resin.
Where is the studio?
We do not name the town, here or anywhere on the site. What we can say is that every piece is poured, layered and sealed in the one studio, by us, and that it ships from there tracked end to end to anywhere in the world.
Can I see a piece before I order?
Not in person: we announce no markets and name no place, and our pieces are sold online through Tedooo. The nearest things are the photographs buyers sent of theirs, which the home page and the reviews page show, and the design itself, drawn from your own photo before you pay. Upload one and see.
How does Tedooo fit in?
Our designs come from Tedooo's vision technology, and Tedooo is our shop too. The design arrives from Tedooo's design technology; everything after that, the pour, is ours. Every sale goes through Tedooo's checkout, which is why every review here is a verified purchase.
